Small place good for trying Kakigori of many different flavors but a little bit expensive. Not for big groups of people, english menu available.

I love the shaved ice here. Soft and refreshing. Several different flavours on offer. Nice seating areas but it is a small store so limited seating.

This place was spectacular. We had both the Tiramisu and the Strawberry. We tried them plain without the added cream on top. I think they are very creamy on their own and if I went again, I would order them just as they are. Large portions, and incredibly tasty!

Best Kakigori in the world definitely. It doesn’t taste like ice. The taste is like a ice cream. You can add many toppings as you like. The size is huge. Because the place is very popular, you must avoid long lines mainly during sunny time. The place is small, because of that is always crowded during the summer. You can’t eat other Kamigori a after trying this one. I really recommend.

If you feel the need to be refreshed, the shaved ice at Yelo is just the right thing.

Foreigners not welcomed here. We waited for 20 min to be served and finally walked away. Instead of asking us what we would like to get the waitress who did not speak a single word english prefered to take orders only from japanese people who came all after us.

Pretty close to Roppongi crossing, great stop for a quick desert, even in the winter. Had the strawberry milk DX which was enough for two. The coffee was also surprisingly VERY good. Will come back.

Best late night post dinner snack in the area! Life refreshing and quick. Not many desserts are open so late on a weeknight. The place is small and hidden away in a basement but use your map apps and you'll be fine.I ordered the Green tea ice and my girlfriend ordered the tiramisu ice with milk and prepare as recommended. Both were super cool if you know what I mean. I was able to finish my entire ice without feeling sick afterwards. Only downside is each person has to order a ice but the waiter spoke to us in Japanese and I didn't understand so I just nodded and ordered. Regardless the shaved ices are light and yummy, you can finish one alone no problems.

Was treated poorly and unfairly by staff: everyone who came in after me (all Japanese) got their orders before me, and when I finally got mine, it was smaller and less syrupy than any of the others. I did not taste any strawberry flavor. It was, and tasted, like only ice milk. Had to pay full price still. The staff did not behave like Japanese. Incredibly disappointed. If you are a foreigner I suggest another place to get shaved ice treats.

Very small, hip place that serves dessert until late at night. We tried their shaved ice, which was a tasty experience.

Awesome place to chill and be refreshed especially on a hot day. Great place to try Japan's iconic Shaved Ice. Better try the Strawberry with Mascarpone
