My co-worker brought in several sandwiches, and I picked the pork banh mi. The pic is the sandwich torn in half. Pretty good IMO. The meat was moist and flavorful, bread not too hard, generous picked veggies, and right amount of jalapeno. I'll have to try the chicken next time.

This place has some of the very best sandwiches I have had and the spring rolls are darned good. The bubble tea is not too sweet or over the top, just nice milk tea. This review is short because there is no need for long descriptions, just @#*$!^& good sandwiches.

I thought I knew what a good banh mi was, but after coming here I realized I knew NOTHING! I ate here twice in one week and am contemplating going again today. It's excellent and affordable.

Best hidden place. Delicious food and inexpensive food. Small place but worth of the wait.

Today was our first time trying this place. We ordered a beef pho, bbq pork, beef, and chicken sandwich and it was all soooo amazing. Portions were perfect to satisfy our cravings and we will definitely be back! You can definitely taste the authenticity and you will not be hungry after one sandwich! Totally worth it and I’m glad we chose this place to satisfy our Banh mi sandwich cravings.

Beefy pho broth, very hot, large bowls even with the small. A very good deal at $7.50. Was a bit skimpy on meat particularly as a combo but cant argue the price.

This is a small hole in the wall restaurant conveniently located next to Edmonds Community College. I always come here for their Grilled Salmon Vietnamese Sandwich and for their Thai Iced Tea. The sandwich is so delicious, crunchy and flavorful. The tea is a perfect combination of strong brew and sweet. Their items are very reasonably priced. I would highly recommend checking this place out!

Get 'em while they're hot Yeh Yeh's.Ambiance: 2 Food: 4 Value: 4 This is a solid Vietnamese sandwich place. There's no much to say because it's very straight forward. Their lay out is like subways, except they server you a Vietnamese sandwich. They make their bread fresh. The put in fresh jalapenos that really gives it a jolt. They toast their sandwiches. In addition to sandwiches, they also make a yummy salad. All in all, a good choice. They are inexpensive and very tasty, 'nough said.

Honestly, this was the best banh mi experience I've ever had. The bread was perfect, crispy and soft. The meat portion was filling and the pate and daikon added enough flavor to make the sandwich perfect. Parking here can be a bit tricky due to the market but you have to come here!

Delicious food start to finish. Pork banh mi was the best I've ever had. Bubble tea was tasty too. Found this spot on Google and I'm glad I took a chance on it. Definitely will be back next time I'm in the area.

Everyone is always super nice and the food is delicious! I actually like everything on the menu. The bun and Bahn Mi are my favorites. The chicken is also marinated well. I really like how they prepare the crab rangoon in the shape of a donut hole - yum!
