Line was long but they kept the line moving! The food was just as amazing as their service. We will definitely be going back.

Totally worth going out of your way to try this place! Tons of options for everyone, including some vegetarian/vegan menu items. The vegan chili is a must try!

I walked in to order and It took me about 3 minutes just to get the attention of the cashier. They were too “busy” to talk to me as they were taking cash out of the register. Probably won’t go back. Food was good but service was lousy.

Wow! First time here and was the food fantastic! Fresh, hot, and quick service! I will be back!

I love Yats but this location is nothing short of mediocre. NEVER tastes as good as any Indy location, YET the prices are higher than all the others. The line is always pretty slow, and somehow they ALWAYS do something wrong. Forgotten extra bread, wrong dish, untoasted bread, not giving me enough rice; there’s always something. And the staff: “tips are certainly not expected but they are definitely appreciated” — why would you say that when you know I’m getting it TO-GO? How annoying.

Service was great for this small restaurant. Food was DELICIOUS. Beer Can Chicken is my go to but everything else is delicious too. Can't decide? Get 1/2 and 1/2. Don't let the word Cajun scare you. There are some spicy things on the menu but calling really means FLAVORFUL.

I see a lot of good reviews. I don't believe any of these people have ever eaten real Cajun/creole food . Eating in a fast food restaurant isn't Cajun... but we try. Today I think I had some of the worst food I have ever eaten . I've traveled the world and have many experiences good and not so good. An unfortunate experience is part of trying something/someplace new. I've traveled throughout much of Cajun country and worked among real cajun/ creole people. Their food was great that's why I try the unknown. I know now and Yats isn't it. For you who think it's all that...you have a real treat when you get the real deal. Service and the staff were more than helpful recommending what they though I would like. Thanks but Cajun/creole doesn't come out if a bag. I lived and worked on ships with creole chefs , so I believe I've had some of the best. If you want to try Yats it's your pallet and money. Enjoy???

Just as expected! Fast and courteous service from the moment that I walked in. I hadn't been here before, I informed the cashier and he asked me if I liked spice. I told h that I did, and he directed me to the spicier items on the menu, even though he said they weren't really "that spicy". He told me what the fan favorites were and what he and the cook preferred. I chose a half&half (chicken Alexia/chili cheese crawfish etouffee). The rice was cooked very well. The Alexia and the etouffee were well seasoned.

Quick, great Cajun style food over rice. Order extra bread, you'll thank me later.

I ordered the vegan white bean chili and they gave me the chicken one. Luckily, I noticed the chicken before eating. They apologized but didn't even give me a refund.

I took my fiancé here and we had the vegetarian B&B and it was delicious! We also had the peanut butter pie for desert and it’s a must try!

Yats is here to stay! I'm so glad they are on our campus and specially on the village. Their service is on point as well as their food!
