Yassin's Falafel House

Everything about the food was great! The table area needed some attention, but the food was presented well and was very tasty. Especially enjoyed falafel and gyro.

I love the food; but most of all, the customer service is Top Notch.

I have to say this place was recommended to me. I was so impressed at how organized, customer driven and happy the employees are to work there and to go out of there way to help you. My last visit really gave me the full picture. A gentlemen held the door for my mother he was coming in but did that my mom is on a rollator and I thought that was very nice. A few minutes later I saw him working behind the counter. My son got a meal and he did not like the sauce. They ask what he would like and remade the meal. I just love this place. Thank you so much you made this a great visit.

The taste of Yassin's food is second to none in terms of Mediterranean dishes. The staff is efficient and friendly. Everyone there seems like they enjoy being there. I had the chicken plate and my wife had the gyro sandwich and the flavors were outstanding. The atmosphere and the food is definitely worth going for. I would recommend Yassin's any day of the week.

First time trying today. The lady taking our order was so great at explaining the menu and sharing lunch suggestions. The falafel cooked perfectly & the chicken wow!! We will return.

Oh wow, THE best gyros meat ever! Tender and flavorful, melts in your mouth. Perfect tzatziki sauce. Best baklava, too: fresh and every bite is exceptional. Service is fast and friendly. Parking is much easier at this location. Highly recommend!👍👍👍

Tried this place to see what all the hype was about. We are visiting from Canada, and I have often enjoyed shawarma at home. Food was pretty good, but I found it a bit pricey for what you get. Chicken was flavorful, however I am accustomed to the chicken on a rotating spit. I give it 3 stars as I found the portions quite small for $11+. Definitely not the "best food in Knoxville", IMHO.

This is a fast casual Mediterranean place that smells amazing as soon as you walk in. I like the idea of displaying the menu in a table. The service is quick and the food is delicious. The portion size was generous. Being located in the downtown, the price is on the higher side. We took the gyro and falafel plates and wished the amount of protein was a bit more.

Awesome hospitality owner, friendly employees, delicious hot food ,fest service I travel one hour with my family to try the number one Falafel I have ate, also gyro beef and chicken. Do not wait just go and have food.

Yassin’s food is always amazing. You can’t go wrong with their gyro plate and white sauce.Not only is the food fantastic, but Yassin and his family go out of their way to help the Knoxville community. They really are an example of some of the best Knoxville has to offer.

Definitely my favorite place to stop for food in Knoxville! Great food with choices for all dietary needs including vegetarian and vegan. Great service!

Great service and great food, as always! They have the best falafel in Knoxville. I was also truly impressed by the staff's upbeat attitude during the stressful pandemic times we're all going through.

Outstanding falafel, even better people. We eat there at least once whenever we come to Knoxville - never been disappointed. The menu is fairly standard, but executed with more care and more skill. The staff is friendly, relaxed - the whole vibe is positive. If I had to pick one place in the whole city, this would be it.

This is an amazing place!!! Found it on google and my wife and I decided to try it out and were blown away. Our first visit was a Saturday afternoon and during our 1 hour of eating they served over 50 customers... that says a lot! Extremely nice staff!!!
