Yama Sushi Bar

Very good. The Udon seafood noodles and the Pearl sushi are top notch. Plum wine is excellent.

Ordered hitachino white ale, sushi appetizer and chicken teriyaki kitchen meal. The salad and miso was perfect and flavorful. Sushi platter presented perfectly. Sushi platter was great. I enjoyed experiencing the different flavors going down the line, and the fish was fresh without being too fishy tasting. Drawbacks were that the chicken teriyaki was not a highlight -- dry, overly chewy and not that flavorful. Perhaps stay away from the non-sushi items. Also, it took 10 minutes for someone to give me a menu after being seated. Odd.
