So good I definitely recommend this place. The sushi was sooo good and we were given free dessert which was really good and to top it all off we even got a $10 gift card. Will definitely be visiting again.

I came here randomly late at night with my bestfriend wanting to try something new & completely fell in love. The service there was phenomenal & extremely helpful. Ourc waiters introduced us to a new meal we haven't tried before ave their food was beyond filling and delicious. I cannot wait to go back!!!!

Best sushi in Tidewater area. The service is wonderful! The location is super clean and cozy and conveniently located on Granby street downtown. I love this place!!!

The atmosphere and food are both beautiful. Catrina, our server, was so friendly and accommodating to my crazy toddler. The fish was fresh and delicious. I highly recommend this place.

Great sashimi and sushi. The flavor and presentation was fantastic, at a very good price point.

This is a tiny spot, about 4 tables, so don't come with a large group, but do come the sushi is fantastic! The rolls and nigiri are a little bigger than most so don't over order. Often times the chef gives little dishes which are very nice, often things you wouldn't normally eat. Great place for lunch as well if you work downtown.

This is my favorite place for sushi! Katrina is the best she always has a smile and she makes you feel at home.

Just went here for the first time and was very impressed. Sushi was delicious and fresh. Great value too. Sushi to rice ratio was great in all of the sushi rolls that I had. Yama sushi is much better than the other sushi places downtown. Dining room is on the small size but the do take out really well.

Fresh and tasty and the chef sometime give s out extra food on the house. U leave stuffed and satisfied.

The decor was very nice and the food was good. The staff was nice and gave us some free extras. I'd recommend.
