Japanese restaurants (also on a second floor) surrounding a sumo ring. There's also tourist info centre.There was some sort of an anime promotion when I went there which was quite interesting.

Every store is crowded... regardless of the time of day.
Among them, I think the ones that are relatively easy to enter are "Tsukiji Kagura sushi" stand-up restaurants and "Chanko Kirishima."
