Yaad Food Jamaican Restaurant

I am pescatarian, so finding out that they made curried shrimps, I was in awe. I was greeted with a smile and a nice hello. The Young lady in the front was very nice and answered all my questions. I explained it was my first time visiting the the restaurant and she told me the days when this dish were served. She also recommended a few other dishes. The food was very flavorful and tasted like home. My curried shrimp was not peppery and the rice was nicely cooked. The wait time for the food was not long, typical wait. The restaurant was clean and wasn’t hot. They told me that I can have my food delivered and told me there other delivery services to use. I will definitely visit this restaurant again. I came here today ( for the first time ever) I saw they had good reviews and figured I would try, and everything was very good, the goat curry i thought was one of the best i have had yet, and the jerk chicken, and chicken and beef patties were good. I thought the oxtail was a little sweet ( for my taste) but still very good, and the girl whom served me was great ( 5 star service from the girl whom took my order) will definitely be back here again. ( could have giving 5 stars, but gave 4 only cause the oxtail was a little sweet for my personal taste but was still very good.)

This is an authentic owner operated Jamaican restaurant. I've been to all the best ones up and down the coast, and this place is the best one. They also do catering and did our annual staff party. Must try!

This place is more of a cafeteria type of restaurant. There's usually open booths; though most people their food to go. I never fault restaurants for ambience as long as they are clean and have good customer service. This place exceeds those two criteria. The meat is so tender! All foods are spiced expertly. It's not just spicy; it's more complex than that.

Graciously sized helpings of food. Packed with flavor and spice. This is the place to eat in or take out. Convenient location in Indian Orchard. The pictures of this food don't do justice to how good it tastes!

Any restaurant last served meal should be better then the first served. And that's the love yaad has provided me countless times.Thank you yaad!

1st experience eating jamaican food. It's amazing!! Owner very welcoming and staff polite and willing to help you. 5 stars all the way around. Not even from the area from CT. Defiantly coming back and spreading the word.

Best Jamaican food in the area. Got the curry goat with rice and peas with veggies and it was amazing!! I also got a beef patty with coco bread also was amazing!!! Will come here again and also the lady taking the orders was friendly and amazing.
