This place was alright. Typical whatever local watering hole. The food was tasty and the drinks cold, but service was slow. It took a long time for someone to come and take our order, there were infrequent check ins to refill drinks and we had to keep flagging down staff if we needed anything. Place looked a bit dirty / well worn which is fine, adds character I guess. I had the nachos and I must say they were probably among the better restaurant nachos I've had. Plenty of cheese but not too much, fresh toppings and the meat was juicy. I went there to meet a friend casually and it was fine. I wouldn't go there for a business meeting, it's a bit small and crowded for that. Decent TVs for watching news or the game. There was some limited free parking. If driving plan to arrive about 5-10min early so you can wait for a spot. I won't go back because it's a bit out of my way and the service wasn't great, but dang were those some good nachos. Props for that.

The neighborhoods local bar. Super cheap drinks, and great food. Monday - Sunday 12pm to 5pm there are daily specials on food and drinks. I always have a great time at Working Dog, and never fails me on some good conversation :)

Went on a weekday afternoon and tried the burger. It wasn’t spectacular but was cooked well and the fries that came with it were nice and crispy. There’s a nice patio out back and a TV which was showing the Jays game. It was a relaxed and comfortable spot to chill for an afternoon. The waitress who was serving us was super nice and very friendly - awesome service.
