When you think of New England lots of things come to mind, the smell of the sea, quaint towns and most importantly food. Wood’s is no exception. Wood’s embodies traditional NE charm combined with a friendly staff and darn good food. Started with an appetizer of a mountain of Fried Onion Rings and then for a main course Fresh juicy Fried Chicken Tenders and French Fries. All in all very good and certainly worth the visit.

Wood's has been around for a long time. Great fresh seafood fish market and takeout. Had fried scallop plate and it was delicious. Would've been better with more scallops and less fries, but no Biggie. Eat in is a bit crowded when they're busy yet, despite these small things, the meals are very good. Good luck finding parking near the town wharf. An excellent old fashioned seafood takeout restaurant. Really, the food makes me say five stars.

Come Here!! If your in the mood for excellent seafood and good prices this is THE PLACE! A very low key casual place. Great tasting fresh seafood. I had a bowl of fish chowder and fresh steamed mussels. Big portions for the money. Also can't beat the view!

Counter service. Lobster roll is just pure lobster meat on a bun, no fillers condiments or anything. Fried fish is the best you will find anywhere.

Stopped in for lunch, my first time and was not disappointed! The chowder was one of the absolute best clam chowders I have ever had and I have been a Mass native my whole life! The shrimp cocktail were fresh and great size. The stuffed quahog was delicious and the seafood salad-salad was just as good!If I wasn’t trying to eat healthy the fried seafood smelled and looked amazing!

You can not get any fresher fish or lobster than woods. I saw a fish boat dock and unload the fish myself.

We loved our food from woods seafood. We had a seafood platter and the scallops, fish and clam strips were awesome. The lobster roll was very good, but I would get seafood platter if I went back there instead. We love clam chowder and lobster bisque, is they had the best that we have eaten, outstanding.

Great seafood at a great price. The boiled lobster was incredible along with the lobster bisque. They also had a stuffed haddock fillet which was amazing.

Best seafood in Plymouth - hands down. Confirmed by Trip Advisor and comments from locals. Extremely fresh seafood. Very casual dining, on the dock, if you choose to eat in. Really good cooked shrimp cocktail, awesome clam chowder, amazing whole clam and lobster rolls. And tasty steamers with no sand or grit! Friendly staff. Fast service - but best to call in orders in advance for pickup.
