Woodlands Backyard

This is a very decent place to hang with friends, it reminds me of a smaller, more local game and bar place. While kind of a dive, I was quite surprised by the service, keep up the good work. I will be looking into volleyball this summer, beer prices were inexpensive though liquor was slightly more. Not much on the food menu besides typical fried bar foods. Mechanical bowling, arcade games, other stuff. Big outdoor patio.

It was hard not to order one of the best burgers in Columbus but the hot chicken sandwich from Prestons Burgers at Woodlands Backyard is going on the short list for amazing hot chicken sandwiches. House pickles, mayo, iceberg lettuce, amazing bun, hot chicken.

I always like going here for after work meetings. The place is extremely large and there are a ton of activities here. Great selection of beers. It could use a little better selection for foods, but the foods are good. The bartenders are surprisingly quick with their service with the size of the building and the number of people they can get. Table service is not really their thing though.

Love this place! Great for a larger crowd or just to hang out with a friend on the patio. I participate in their sand volleyball league and it’s the perfect place to relax afterwards.

Good food and great place to play volleyball!

Came down here from Indiana for work and we all got together. Lindsey was great. Fun atmosphere!!!

We’ve been playing volleyball here for 3+ years and it’s a great bar. Bar staff is friendly, volleyball is crowded but fun, awesome atmosphere for watching football/hockey.

The bar was pretty dead on the Saturday night we went. For us it was nice. Played some duck pin, pool and enjoyed our time. The staff was great!

Would not confuse it with a backyard, but the people are like family!

Pretty cool spot for some sand volleyball, drinks and food. They typicall have leauges in the evenings. If your looking for a pick up game you may want to call ahead to check it courts are available.

A great place for hanging out with friends and family. My colleagues and I visit this place often to play sand volleyball. They offer a nice range of appetizers and beverages. Abundant parking space is also an advantage to travel in groups.

Great food and atmosphere

Wednesday night is a great night to go, discounted beers and select Whiskey's, probably one of the cheaper places to get your drink on on a Wednesday night. They of course have the nine volleyball courts and a large outdoor area and duckpin bowling is also free on Wednesdays after 10 p.m.
