My wife Alicia and I went on a day bus trip to Water Tower Place in Chicago. The whole experience was awesome. Wonderful products and customer service everywhere we shopped and walked. I would do it again... ^_^ Merry Christmas and Happy New Year 2020... ^_^

Big mall! Lots of different shops, the main one being Macy's... Which is massive and has a huge variety of products and brands. Water tower place is very well located, at the end of the Magnificent Mile.

Fun place to walk around, not a cheap mall, and parking is premium. Many incredible store layouts, and stores for little kids. Beautiful mall!

I love this mall since I was a kid. We always went here after church with my parents and siblings. They had so many restaurants and clothing stores to choose from. The entire place is very tidy, even in their restrooms, and it was huge and spacious, too. This is a great place for food explorers and shopping goers. Hope they will stay longer so my kids will enjoy this place as I did.

Love the Water Tower Place, one of a kind boutiques and local artisans. Before you leave..go to the lower level to their market!!!! It's a diner setting area inside with different food stations!!! Yummerville😩from salads to fried chicken, desserts and good drinks in a semi cafeteria style. Your plate is weighed..but, it's oh so worth it!! (Spend 10-20pp)😊

Last week, I went to this shopping center to buy new stuff for myself. To my surprise, this mall was a big, stylish, and beautiful view. Even the staff was very accommodating, nice, and respectful to the customers like me. Honestly, I greatly love shopping in this mall, for it was satisfying and worth it at a reasonable price. I'll promise to come back. Thank you!

Awesome place to shop! Lots and lots of stores. The Dr. Seuss museum was pretty great, also if you have kids there's is the American Girl Doll store which is mind blowing!! Great sales at different stores too.

Great place to shop and such a variety of stores. Macy's is huge and we'll thought out. There is everything from a huge interactive Lego store to a giant American Girl doll store to Victoria's Secret and a Dr Seuss art gallery. The food offering are varied and mostly budget friendly. Very clean, very easy to get around.

American Girl Place, located inside Water Tower Place, has a coat check, but it might only be for when you shop there... Though, how do they enforce it?

This will help you. CHICAGO (WLS) - A new security policy takes effect Friday at the Water Tower Place along the Magnificent Mile and it's specifically geared toward teenagers. Beginning Friday night, anyone 17 or younger must be accompanied by an adult at Water Tower Place. The Parental Guidance Required program says anyone under the age of 17 years old must be accompanied by a "parent or supervising adult who is at least 21 years old," according to a statement from Water Tower Place's parent company, Brookfield Properties. The policy will be enforced after 4 p.m. every Friday and Saturday. During the program's hours, "trained public safety officers will be stationed at all Water Tower Place entrances to check IDs of visitors who appear to be 17 years old or younger." Mall management says it is part of an initiative to stop disruptive behavior by youth
