It’s very good airport food. The ham and egg breakfast sandwich is very large. The server double checked if we wanted garlic aoli on the side. They only have one tea, and it is orange pekoe and pekoe cut black tea.

I could give 0 stars if I could for the service. Ordering was easy but the service is terrible. We got our pizza to go and they have places to sit that are not for their dine-in guests. Apparently this was unacceptable for my family of 5 to sit here while we ate pizza that we ordered from THEIR restaurant. The waitresses were so rude, gave us dirty stares, and didn’t allow us to get another chair. Mind you, it’s Sunday afternoon and they were not even busy. The other patron sitting next to us was also mad that they were rushing her to leave. It’s an airport and I guess you get what you pay for but the waitresses definitely need more training on customer service.

Tried to get breakfast here before my morning flight, it wasn’t even busy, there were maybe 10 other people In the restaurant. Waited for over 30 minutes for service, no one came to my table. I Decided to find a more attentive restaurant as I was leaving two other frustrated people that had been waiting longer than me followed me out.

While waiting for the restaurant to open, I heard one employee verbally abusing another regarding the work station assignment. She may have been the manager, but you don’t reprimand someone out in the open and that loudly. Any establishment that hires people like that will not get my money. I went to another small restaurant within the airport.

Great service and great food too. I seriously had better service here then in a lot of very expensive restaurants. Solomon, my waiter was very nice.GREAT job :)

In the Columbus Ohio airport. GREAT personal pizzas! Nice place to eat and wait for a delayed flight.

So I made an attempt to revisit this location for some fries. They were awful. They were cooked to long. I had several issues with a tall thin older gentleman. He wears a black cap. Now every time I come to this location my food is always awful. Can someone in management please have a talk with the older gentleman he needs to work on his customer service skills. I won't be back to this location again.

My bill came to $17.71. I tipped the server $3.00. Found out when i received the statement that the server charged my credit card $25.00. Make sure they give you the final receipt after you include the tip. I left a voice message and have not gotten a reply. The food was good though!!

Canceled my order after I saw that the man making my sandwich didn’t have on any gloves. He then proceeded to rub his nose while getting bread for my sandwich. Then when he decided to put gloves on he proceeded to eat while preparing my food.

The bar is nice. Try to get in and out before 10 PM. Everything closes at 10 at this mid-western airport. I don't even know why they call it an international airport. It literally has one flight to Canada per week. Hardly does that make this an 'international airport'. Anyway, grab your drink and get drunk. If you're laying overnight, that's your best bet. Nothing else to do here!

But pricy but to be expected for airport food. Order came to table incorrect but staff corrected it and gave discount. Tasted good, nothing exceptional. Still, the staff made the meal better, hence the 4 star.

I had breakfast here on a Sunday morning. Food was good. Service was fine, but the place wasn't busy at the time. If it's busy, give yourself an hour or so.

May be the food is good but they need to hire better staff.

Nice people but a bit skimpy on food portions particularly the to-go salad; $16 for a salad with an oz of chicken is annoying.
