Wolfgang Puck Express

Had the WP Burger and smoked salmon pizza for lunch. The pizza gets an A for creativity but a C- for implementation. Just some slices of salmon on a thin crust pizza ? The burger had run of the mill plain fries on the side. The burger itself was no better or more inspired than one at Cheesecake Factory.The NY style cheesecake for dessert was quite good. Light and fluffy. All in all a poor performance from a celebrity chef.

Wonderful food, service and speed. However, if you come late there is a good chance that the staff will severely burn your Pizza. We came close to closing once and was disappointed in how over cooked the pizza was, but the day before we went for lunch and was greatly surprised at how wonderful the pizza tasted. Inconsistent, but when it’s good it’s great.

I wasn’t very impressed. I ordered the pasta and it was ok but the meatballs were very salty. The presentation was good but I think the salt ruined it. The service we got from our waiter, Daniel was awesome. He was attentive and so nice.
