Great food, a nice range of choices. The staff is very friendly and efficient, sometimes crowded but defiantly worth the wait. This options are very healthy, I call it healthy stir fry, there are also options for vegetarians and keto. My only issue was the brown rice was a bit hard, could just be a persona thing but will try again soon and update.

Went to this restaurant on a whim with my boyfriend and a friend and it was an amazing find. Essentially you get to personalize a dope box of noodles with your favorite meats, vegetables, sauces, and toppings. I got rice noodles with chicken, shiitake mushrooms, and Tokyo sauce, and it was amazing. If you don't add anything besides sauce to the base noodles and vegetables it's $4.95 before tax, which is dirt cheap for the amount of food you get. I would highly recommend this restaurant.

Very nice people. Clean area with wheelchair/ lower seats. The food is made on the spot and you can see how it's made through a glass wall in the kitchen. Prices start at 5.95 and comes with some veggies (no meat). Meats and extra veggies cost more.

Spent over $30 on two boxes of horrible food. I can tell the ingredients are higher quality, but when you don't know how to cook them, that doesn't matter. Horrible taste, and the bottom of the box was a watery mess. Only thing I'm full of is regret.

Bangkok sauce's too dry. I think it would be better if it's more juicy.

Everything tasted completely burnt, the peanut sauce wasn't peanut-y at all

No offense to the other reviewers here but it's likely you all are tourists if this place impressed you . As a born and raised New Yorker, this place is over priced. I paid nearly 30 dollars since every little item added to your wok dish is like an extra few dollars. You are better off eating in Chinatown and get the real taste for literally 1/5 the price.

Kid friendly because everyone can get exactly what they want in their order. I had the Bali sauce which was a little cloying for my taste so I might pick something else next time, but everything was so fresh and delicious!

This place is so simple but the flavors are beyond next level. That's it, that's all I have to say.

These ppl have no customer service at all their website has “errors” and unfortunately they can’t help you which is ridiculous! Their site says you can can and order and they refused to take my order which is absurd! Never spending money at this establishment, just disgusting all they want is money !

A staple for lunch in the Union Square area. Prepare for a wait, as it is very popular and everything is made to order. But it's a good meal and very filling. Watch what you order - cost adds up quickly! My standard of rice, 2 toppings, sauce and peanuts comes to about $12.50. If you get more then 2 toppings it will get pricy!! Staff has been consistent and the food is cooked consistently. Overall, excellent place.

I love this place for lunch! Be warned it can get very very crowded! My secret is I either get there exactly at 12 when its empty or order online before hand for a rapid pickup!

Used to really like this place and would visit the midtown location a few years ago but after seeing the light with some fast casual places popping up with really good ingredients this place has become average in my eyes. The meat is pretty low quality. I don't think I'd come back here.
