Wok-In

By far the best Cambodian in town. I have personally been going here for over 10 years now.

Discovered this lovely gem during my last few months Kingston. Absolutely fresh ingredients and each plate is made with love and care. Definitely one of the most authentic Thai/Cambodian restaurants you can find in Kingston. I’d miss the lovely owners and the food and would visit again for another #8 even if I don’t live in the city anymore!

A trip to Kingston without eating at Wok-In is a waste. Best southeast asian food in Canada and excellent value. The hours are tricky, the food takes time because it's always prepared fresh, and the seating area is small and basic, but the food is another level. Get the #1 and all your dreams will come true.

Kingston's Wok-In is a linoleum oubliette of no great distinction down the street from a strip club. The food is also amazing. The Wok-In has been a Kingston 'secret' for years - because we don't want the order time to get longer. There are not a whole lot of menu options, but they are all good. Any order is going to take 30-40 minutes, but it is worth it. If you enjoy a mom n' pop atmosphere, you're not going to find one more mommy and poppier.

Incredibly generous portions, seriously delicious, served up by a lovely couple. Cash only, well worth any wait.

Most consistent quality and authentic Cambodian/Vietnam/Thai food ever had in Ontario. I have been coming to this place since 2010 at least 3, 4 time a month. Chris never rushes to make to food.. Even you get 2 orders of the same dish, he cooks them one by one to ensure the quality. Hence the long wait time. If you want to get the food prepared and ready instantly like fast food, this perhaps not your place. Fantastic place to eat in or to takeout. If I could give a 10 out of 5 star rating I would. This place is like a home away from home.

OH MY! This place is the hidden gem of Kingston. Absolutely hands down my favorite place to eat. Not only is the food authentic and more flavorful than anything I've ever tasted, the prices are so good for the amount of food you get (often at least two meals for me) and the owners are really kind people. Cash only. For take out - try calling, but if they don't pick up go in to order and trust me, its worth the wait. The #9 is DOWNTOWN!!!!

Cheap asian meals with too much peanuts

We stopped in at lunch today because we had read the great reviews. We were not disappointed!!We were welcomed by the owners and placed our orders.I started off with one of their famous spring rolls. it seemed to have a sausage or some kind of meat in it. It was very tasty!My wife had the pad thai with chicken and shrimp while I had the red curry with chicken. The servings were very generous and both of us left with doggie bags. That is very unusual for me! LOLWe like our food spicy and told them so. They made it spicy! The flavours were excellent and the meal was well presented. We try Thai food in cities wherever we go and this ranks up there with the best we have ever had. Well done!!This is more of a takeout establishment but there were enough tables for the people who showed up.Congratulations Kingston on having a first-rate restaurant that you can enjoy whenever you desire good Thai food!
