In Tokyo .....The best places to visit for plum blossoms in February and wisteria in April.

I've been coming here since I was in high school. It's just that feeling of other-worldliness that makes me keep coming back. Its drum bridge appears in Hiroshige's woodblock print as one of Edo's famous views.

Cool shrine! We really enjoyed our time there. Seeing all the Wisteria hanging all over. There are a bunch of turtles running around too!

Questions & Answers

There is no flower yet, but I think that May is the best time to see. I felt I was late for a week. I felt like it was beautiful last year, but it was sad this year, right?

I went on the 22nd (Sunday), but it was a feeling that it was totally over, with only some remaining. It seems that one week to 10 days is earlier than usual.

It is beautiful when going in full bloom. It is flowering information, but there is a Japanese-style confectionery shop called Funabashiya famous for scraps at the gate, but the flowering information is posted on the homepage there every year. It's fairly accurate and often updated before flowering every day, so check it out.

It's in full bloom, but it's not in full bloom yet

Maybe crowded

The day is crowded.

You can enter the shrine precinct for 24 hours, but basic business hours It is from 6:00 to 17:00.

It was a feeling of blooming for four minutes in my sense. As it is warm this week, I think that Golden Week is around the eye.

The peak of the wisteria of the god of the gods usually arrives from the end of April to the beginning of May. The Flower Festival will be held from April 13, 2019 to May 6, 2019.

Many people took photos when they passed by on April 17.
