Wingz Xpress

This place is easily the best wings and ribs I have had in Boston. 5 stars no doubt. Ribs and wings fall right off the bone nice and moist. The heat, oh man, you order the hot side and you'll be seeing stars exactly like you should be. This place has got my business no matter what.

We ordered delivery from Wings Xpress and were extremely disappointed. The food took over an hour to arrive even though it's about a mile from our apartment and when it did arrive it was cold. We had to reheat the food in the oven, and the boneless wings are about the size of a chicken nugget. Really disappointed in local business.

The boneless wings were awful and had a strange gray color. Took two and a half hours to get my food, and the fries were so soggy they were limp. Yuck.

Took longer than an hour and a half to get my order. They never picked up their phone so I could check on the order. Once the order finally came was missing side and drink. Not worth anyone's time or money.

The last two times I’ve been here the service was subpar. I love the food but their customer service definitely needs an upgrade.

The wrong wings were delivered. We waited another 35 mins for them to fix it and bring the soda they forgot to deliver. Instead of bringing new wings they just delivered a sauce. The wings were dry. The mac and cheese balls were burnt and the macaroni salad was bland.

I've been going there for years and have never had a bad experience. The relaxed atmosphere is comforting and unfortunately some customers are impatient and try to paint their experience as totally negative. Don't fall for it. Their boneless wings are amazing, my favorite flavor is Ragin' Cajun by far. Their selection of carnival foods is exactly what you want it to be. I recommend the fall special apple flake thing, the pizza roll, and fried dough- but it's all really good. One of my favorite places to eat in a decade of living in Boston.

I love this place. Their honey-hot wings are fantastic, as well as their honey cornbread. I did make the horrible mistake of doing the suicide six hot wing challenge at the Waltham location... don't.

The wings were not cooked thoroughly. And they had no crunch to them at all or crispiness whatsoever. The taste was meh.
