Wingstop

I have ordered with Wingstop often, but today I was displeased. I ordered 10 pc combo and my fries were ice cold. I ordered online and was told my order would be ready at 711pm. I arrived at 702pm and my ordered was ready. There’s no way my fries should have been danger zone temperature! I called to notify the staff and all I got was a free large with the next order, but I was for an apology. I always order in the afternoon with the same staff so maybe that’s the issue daytime staff vs evening staff. Kudos to the early afternoon staff

Chicken OK rise very good.

The chicken tenders were good and hot. The fries were hot and crisp. Food has always been consistently good. This visit it was an slacking employee issue. "C" (for short) was at the register when I walked in and stepped up to the counter. He didnt look up from his phone until (after about two awkward minutes), when another staff member from the fryer area peered over and got him to take my order. Later I wanted to use the mens room, but the door was locked. About 10 minutes later a staff member knocked on the door and asked through the door if they were "still alive in there". Another couple of minutes guess who finally exited the mens room? He came out a little while later and slowly cleaned some of the tables. "C" needs to get fire lit under him and get to work or find another line of "work".

Slow and Rude employees . Would not recommend this place at all. The first time I went here the wings were disgusting second time I left without my food because they were taking almost an hour to prepare it and made me late to work from lunch. Manager was extremely condescending and just nasty. Never coming here again.

Always good. Ask for extra seasoning on the fries and its that much better. Much faster service than that other wing place.

This location constantly screws up my orders, waiting on the phone for more than 10 minutes, and then get hung up on. I order over the phone, and pick it up only to mention later that they ran out of this or that.Just a poorly run location. HOWEVER, when the orders are done right, everything is peachy. It's gotten to the point where I never know what type of service I am going to get: good or bad.*PAY ATTENTION TO THE NEGATIVE REVIEWS*

I can't understand how we have reached the point that real bone-in wings are more costly than the fake white meat only so called boneless chicken Chuncks? The staff was absolutely fantastic! So we're the real Bone-In wings!!
