Wingstop

I called and ordered over the phone. They told me 17 minutes and I have been sitting here waiting for 45 minutes. People that have ordered after me walking in have gotten their food before me never again will I come here

Worst customer service I have ever experienced.

I usually really enjoy wingstop and maybe today was an off day, but service needs some help. The young woman who took our order was rude, and traveled between sitting at a table with her friends, and taking orders with attitude. Other customers, along with us, were complaining about the wait and were noticing her comments were rude. The man who was cooking did a great job and was being frustrated by the cashier. He had a full house and pressure on him. I hope that the night crew gets it together and grows. The coworkers were bothered by one another and the customers were growing impatient with the service. The fries were stale and soggy, but the wings were juicy and good. I know they have potential but it really drops down to the service.
