Pros: It is conveniently located in central Tucson. The food is pretty good, fast service, and the inside is clean too. Cons: Be careful who you place upfront as the cashier. Brandi needs more training when it comes to taking orders. She needs to let the customer place their entire order prior to reading what she has back to them. I became so confused by going back and forth with her, to the point where I canceled my entire order and left. I’ve eaten here before but it was never this troublesome. Good grief!

Just picked up some wings from this place on Campbell and Ft Lowell that were greasy and burnt! Disgusting and disappointing. Wouldn't never recommend this this place that is supposed to "special

The day before yesterday I ordered 8 bone in wings (4 were hot, 4 were mango habanero) I ate the 4 hot, but only ate 1 mango habanero because it didn't taste right. I thought nothing of it and went on with my night. The following day (yesterday) I was sooooo sick. Fever nausea vomiting diarrhea headache chills body aches fatigue.....I obviously got food poisoning. The chicken most likely wasnt cooked all the way. I hope I don't have salmonella. Making dr apt today. Might even go to er. I will never eat here again 😭 they have ruined wings for me now

All 3 in our party got sick from a 30 piece we split yesterday as a birthday dinner....very sick, very disappointed and sick with food poisening! Yikes no thanks... never again. Used to love this place

Always check your food first time they gave us no ranch and we paid for extra ranch we didn't get any second time my gf ordered a brownie got home not in the bag we called and they said you can come back and get it yesterday 3 time i check the bags make sure the ranch and two boxes of wings in there all there good... I get home open the wings and they gave us the wrong flavor smh i dont think ill ever be going back atleast not to this location

There are 5 staff and yet the dining area is a wreck with 5 tables covered with trays and left over trash!!! Absolutely disgusting to have to clear a table to sit down and wait for your food! Hope other locations are better. Won't come back here! Bdubs is at least cleaner..... Priced better too. I remember why I stopped coming to this place.content://media/external/file/31675
