I love their wings! GARLIC PARMESIAN!! YUM!!

One of the better places in the area to get wings, with the added bonus of top-tier fries and decent pricing. Location is a bit small. The Original Hot sauce is my favorite of their offerings; it's nice and spicy with enough flavor to make the heat worth it. Boneless wings are, in my opinion, better than Buffalo Wild Wings but not quite as good as Buffalo Wings and Things on 75th; Wingstop makes up for it by being quicker (it is a fast food joint rather than a restaurant) and offering delivery.

They dropped the Big Game Ball. Pre-ordered on Jan 31st for 5:30pm pick up today (The Big Game Day). Arrived at time order was suppose to be ready. About 35 angry customers awaited inside. People had been waiting 2 hours already. They were demanding refunds. After waiting 20 minutes, my name was called only to be told it was going to be a 30 minute plus wait still. I cancelled my order and I was glad I didnt pre pay. Only 3 workers working! That's on management! Disappointed!

When staying at the Hotel Indigo we’d often be able to see Santo Cielo from our room but we didn’t actually go and eat there until this August. We went for Sunday brunch and we really enjoyed our time there. The views make it what it is for sure, as well as all the cute places to take pictures. The food was good and the employees were all kind and helpful. Good experience, I’d definitely recommend for a Sunday brunch or going for a date or special meal.

Normally food is good. But picking up food this time there was one lady working in back, one lady standing at the register even when nobody was there not helping and another lady sitting on a chair not doing anything at all. Food took way too long for some fries and some chicken wings.

The wings & fries are awesome!!! But the best of all is the customer service! Oscar usually takes my order, he is very polite & respectful.

Placed order online for carryout at 9:15, received email confirmation that order will be ready to pickup at 9:32. I arrive at 9:40 to pickup my order, walk in and see a bunch of contractors (construction) with no Wingstop employee in sight. One of the contractors finally come up to me and said "closed" I said I ordered online and both online and on the door it says open till 11:00 he said "closed for tonight" I never got my food and I will never be back to this location

Food was good I think a little bit overpriced.

Avoid at all costs. We've been going for several years but all the good staff left. Now there are 2-3 young kids who could care less about the customer experience. Takeout orders are wrong 50% of the time. Food always over cooked or burned. They don't answer the phone (watched them just ignore it ringing while I was in there. If you DO order, definitely check your order completely before you leave.

We both ordered the same flavors but one order bone in and the other bone out. I got the bone in and was left disappointed. The chicken tasted undercooked or was really fatty. Ended up only eating 3 out of 6 wings cause of that. Also, the fry portion for both seemed really small tonight. Overall was just an okay experience.

I asked for boneless they still gave me traditional and had an upset stomach after them wings!!

Worst customer service wish I could give no star at all they don't answer the phone FYI

This is terrible. Made an order over the phone, which they called to confirm. And then the order was never delivered and they stopped answering the phone.

The last three times i have tried calling to order they never answer the phone. I usually call around non peak hours. The times that I am able to get an order placed. Whenever I arrive at the location it is usually dirty while the employees sitting down behind the counter on their phone. I'll be taking my business elsewhere from now on.
