Wingstop

If I could honestly give this Wingstop place it would be a zero. Giving them one star is being generous. Today on the biggest night of football . Friends and myself made orders of wings and fries . We could barely even eat them. They tasted like they got seasoned only with salt and more salt ! This is beyond disgusting from a place that rate themself as the best wings !!! We tried calling and no response but I wouldn’t expect any less when the staff is irresponsible and childish they could have customers present and the horse playing and calling themselves out of their name doesn’t matter . DONT WASTE YOUR TIME ON THIS ESTABLISHMENT , it’s not worth your money.

We drove a little to far for ok wings and pr customer service. We left feeling like we had been slightly discriminated against. We sat there for at least 30 minutes watching people come in and place their orders and leave with their food while we still waited. Walk ins like us not the people that called in or ordered online and then they still gave us the wrong fries. As my friend was asking the lady where was our food she just walked away. The other lady said it's up now this is it but 2 more people still walked out ahead of us. We'll pass on wingstop thank you.

Good wings bad service. They have gotten my order wrong 3 times seems like they don't double check their tickets and rush things. An emphasis on accuracy and consistency needs to be made. It is frustrating as they use door dash for delivery so if your order is wrong the manager there will claim there is nothing they can do about it except refund you what they got wrong and making you reorder wasting time.

This location is a disaster. Very small, so limited seating. Our group of four went in, ordered 40 wings for dine in, then sat at a four top on the patio, as there were only tables for two inside. We checked in three times during an absurdly long wait. Turns out they entered it as to-go. "We called your name several times!" WE WERE ON YOUR PATIO AND WE CHECKED IN REPEATEDLY. They also knew we were outside considering they swept a roach outside, squashed it with the broom on the ground directly beside us (I could have reached out and touched the broom), then flung it off toward the parking lot, barely missing an approaching customer. Not even sure if the order is right yet. Either way, we'll make the longer drive to the S Durham location next time. They've never done us wrong.

Spent over $20 on a large fry and a 7 piece chicken tenders and 4 ranch dressings! Took one bite of each flavor and it was barely edible in my opinion! I threw all of it away and will never go back! Also asked for the cheese sauce on the side of the fries but they didn't listen so they were soggy! Never again

Oh my goodness... The wings were so good. The service was good... They need bigger dipping cups...Lemon pepper wings were crisp and spicy. Parmesan wings were comforting and delicious.

The food was good but the space is tight and service at the register was a bit slow.

This wing stop has the best chicken it’s absolutely delicious!! I had guests and family come in town and they mentioned this being the best chicken place! The wings flavors and they are always pretty quick! The lemon pepper and mild are my favorite!! Worth every penny

My mom and I ordered on line which was fairly easy to navigate and complete. I picked up the food and came home so we could eat. The flavor was great but the wings were small, hard and dry. They were so overcooked there was very little meat on the bone.

Absolutely horrible customer service. I tried to place an order by phone and called 5 times and no one picked up. Once I got there and asked why no one was answering the phones the lady behind the just stared at me and said "I don't know, I just got here" and no one else smiled once at me or tried to make it right.

The lemon pepper wings were more tender than usual, not too greasy or tough. The fries were just okay--a little over cooked. The employees were a little too preoccupied conversing with each other when I walked in to place my order, but I have come to expect this from younger employees.

My LAST Time Here....So, I came to get a quick bite and the service was good, visit was decent UNTIL.... I ordered a side of corn, some of the corn was still FROZEN at the cob. I take it to the register, let the cashier know, he FEELS the corn, say something to the cook and the cook DROPS THE SAME DAMN CORN IN THE GREASE.... YES, The SAME corn that was TOUCHED BY ME, BIT by ME and touched by the CASHIER, went BACK in the grease.... Then they had an ATTITUDE with me, because I asked for a fresh order. Management never said ANYTHING. Too many young people get manager jobs and can't even Greet Customers with issues... Do better Wing Stop, but my business will be going ELSEWHERE!!! There are other wing places in the RDU area, that are WAY BETTER!!

This place has pretty terrible customer service. The receipt said that the cashier was Destini. So placed a walk in order at 10:23 PM and did not get food until 11:01 PM. The bag says the order was ready at 10:56 PM. We sat outside to wait for the food and a customer after us who was also sitting outside had their food brought to them by the cashier. We had 3 plates of wings so we didn't think it was too strange that they got theirs first. So we waited and waited and even went inside to refill my drink and still wasn't acknowledged. We were literally sitting at the table right in front of the door and one of the kitchen staff came out after they closed and asked what we were waiting on. Also asked for wet lemon pepper wings and they were dry. Go somewhere else or call ahead.

I have yet to ever get a human on the phone. I'm not even sure if the phone number is attached to the location.

WingStop is typically great but this place had the smallest wings that I've ever had at one of their restaurants. Very disappointing.
