Wingstop

TERRIBLE! The condition of the place was filthy and everything was sticky. There was trash and filth all over the countertop next to the drink machine. I waited over 30 minutes for two 10-pieces (that we paid an absurd amount for). AND we didn't even get all of our food!!!! Not only that but I got a Minute Maid Cherry Limeade, and it made me have to sit on the toilet just to purge whatever that was out!!! Made my stomach feel like sh** immediately. NEVER GOING HERE AGAIN!!!

Don't waste your time or money. Waited almost 45 minutes to get our food with only 2 other tables in the restaurant. It was 6pm on a Friday night and I was wondering why it wasn't more busy. After our experience, I now know why. Food was sub-par at best. Boneless wings had more breading than chicken, boneless wings had no flavor. Not much sauce on the wings (they seemed dry). Employees were friendly but didn't really seem to care much about the timing of getting food out. Highly disappointed. Will never return. Owner needs to read some reviews and get his restaurant back in order.

I am not sure how many people that have rated this Wingstop 4-5 star have ever been to a WingStop before. My first time visiting this location Saturday and will be my last time. What happened to the fires?? I have visited locations in Texas, Maryland, Northern VA all have consistently been perfectly crip and seasoned . These burnt soggy things I got on Saturday were beyond disappointing. The wings ...I mean I should have just gone to BWW. I did not order ahead and know I would have a wait especially on a saturday afternoon and trust me I don't mind waiting but to wait for bad food?? I was mad at my husband that he suggested we go here and the food turned out how it did. I blocked his number from my phone

The worst customer service! The wings sucked and were overcooked. Also horrible management. I definitely do not recommend eating here.

Great food and atmosphere. Keon hooked me up with a custom wing flavor. This place won't disappoint!

food is typically good.. but the past two times I’ve been, the GM has messed my order up and she really isn’t friendly. to be a GM, you have to have an overall better performance than the regular employees and the regular employees have her beat by a long shot. food takes a while but, at least it’s fresh.

Ordered. Found table. Sticky and dirty. Wiped off myself. Waited 30 minutes. Couldn't find order. Never tried Wing Stop. Will keep it that way. Did get refund. 10 wings, side and drink over $16. Can't speak to quality of food bc it never came. Very poor first experience. Don't recommend.

We got our takeout order an hour after we called it in but the food was worth the wait.

Good food but quite a bit of a wait for it.

They have a variety of wings and you get fries. Not as much as east coast though.

Do not really understand the concept of this place. Thought it was a fast food alternative to Bdub. Only problem, wings are same price, takes longer, and not as good. Other reviews said service was poor but everyone seemed very helpful and nice. I had the bone in hot wings. Just ok.

I love the wings and I had a coupon for the combo. I will definitely be back here. I recommend lemon pepper or mild wings. Delicious!!!!!

It took a little while to get order calculated correctly, which is understandable because it just opened. Manager was very kind and patient. Part of our order still came out incorrectly, but they corrected it quickly and we ended up with ten extra wings, which is always a win! Much better experience than when a Wingstop first opened in our hometown, and that one got better with time. Give them some time to settle in, then give them another try!

These may be the worst wings in Lynchburg. When I arrived to pick up my wings they hadn't been started. One of the workers offered to add 10 extra wings for free.It only went downhill from here. The wings were extremely over cooked and dry. The seasoning were also extremely sub-par. The parmigiana garlic wings seem to use the parmigiana cheese that comes in the plastic containers.Even the carrots and celery were sub-par. I wish I just went to B-Dubs.

This was my second visit the first was not good. I wasn't impressed this time Ethier. I had hoped this place would be good. But the food was bout aa good as a chucke cheese or dave and busters. You can get much better wings at the wing counters that food lion have at there deli's which is where I was headed before I made the mistake to stop here.
