Good food but terrible customer service.

Horrible customer service, very unprofessional staff. They were arguing with each other for like 10 minutes I could hear everything....

Ignored for 5 minutes and then hastily told any order will take 30+ minutes

I wanted to place an order for pickup nope can't no more so went there and ordered it had to wait 30 minutes waste of time first place I ever heard of that didn't take orders for pickup that's just REAL POOR MANAGEMENT if you ask me

We did not order ahead, so a wait time was to be expected (20 minutes). In our 45 minute wait, we watched as 3 out of 7 orders had 1 or 2 missing items and the patron would wait longer. Staff was slow doing everything. Staff was rude to doordash employees. We finally got our order (10 pieces, half bone in half boneless) and it was also wrong but it wasn't worth another 30 minute wait to fix.

Does this look like extra seasoning to you? This store is disappointing. The whole reason I have to ask for extra seasoning is because it’s hardly ever any on there. The customer service is seriously lacking at this location on superior street. I’ve only had one lady there actually be reasonable and helpful. This says a lot about your company and what you put up with Wingstop. If you can go to another location. This one isn’t worth it.

My first time at a Wingstop. Did not disappoint. Amazing food and amazing people. I’ll be back!

Staff is still very new just like the store,but great staff and the food was great and as long as you don't mind a little wait for your food then it is definitely worth it!

Very friendly courteous staff enjoy the atmosphere and the food man I love some wings. I didn't understand at first why the order would take almost 15 minutes but they explained that it takes about that time to cook and that if I ordered online I could pick up at a designated time and not wait how awesome.

I really wanted to like this place. I was expecting a lot better. The food was not that good, and overpriced. Staff was Ok, but seemed to move in slow motion.
