I can tell you all specialize in Togo food. The food was good but a VERY unprofessional staff can ruin a place. The vulgarity and topics of language used while I was waiting for my order was senseless. Btw if management is going to keep “calling out” you need to find someone else to put in charge of and “not pay them like a manager” because what you are currently doing is not working. Literally

The Garlic Parmesan Boneless Wings are AMAZING! Love the skin-on french fries too. Recommend!!

The wings are good, horrible customer service and the workers didn’t care we had to wait for 10 mins after we did a call ahead Togo order that sent me an email saying it was ready over 20 mins ago. DEFINITELY SLOW SERVICE!! extremely greasy! Grease was spilling out of the bottom of the bag, stained my pants!! Also I didn’t see a manager at all on site! I didn’t even want to add one star !!!

Awesome lemon pepper wings!

Tried to call in an order, no one answered so I decided to go in and order. Two people ahead of me in when I got there, the guy in front of me got tired of waiting and left, I stood and waited at least 10 minutes before I got to place my order was told it would be around 15 minutes, after 20 minutes later, I was asked what the name on my order was, then was informed that they didn't even start my order yet, all in all I was there at least 45 minutes for a 10 piece combo. Wings were good but not 45 minutes wait good.

I love wings and I hate to say it, but these were the worst wings I have ever eaten! The environment was horrible and felt like I was in a club atmosphere. That's fine if it were a club and not a restaurant!! I will never go back!!

"I haven't been too pleased with Wing Stop 2 times now. Their fries are either burnt, or really mushy, and the woman that took our order to go over the phone was VERY RUDE. We went over twice that one of the orders of wings wood be boneless, and somehow they ended up traditional🤷🏼‍♀️. I also had to make sure that the ranch was in there, which it wasn't, thank goodness I checked. Bit I previously told the rude woman that I wanted 5 cups of ranch. Oh-well. I won't be trying it again I don't think, because I waited 1 yr before ordering to go, and our 1st visit was dining in. We won't be doing that either I believe. The poor man cooking only had one other guy working with him, and they luckily were extremely nice, but the rude woman was nowhere to be found, and they were BUSY!?! Hope things get better, and hope the help gets better as well...."

This place still has good food, but I can tell that management has gone downhill since I have been here.They no longer answer their phones, they've have not only messed up my order, but the orders around me the last few times I have been here to the point where tonight I had to wait 30 minutes past the expected time. Also, I'm going to point out that they left one poor soul in there by herself while the other three left this time around, and did the same thing to a different girl on a different shift two days ago. Both looked new, scared, and stressed as this was happening. I don't blame those two for this because even if they didn't seem knew one person can't run a store.Hopefully this is a temporary thing.

We called a Togo order in of 10 wings. We went in and we waited over 15 minutes for ten puny micro over cooked wings smaller than my pinky. The cooks daughter came in and he completely stopped all orders to tend to her which led to our food being over cooked. I’m thankful I didn’t order anything else from Wingstop because I’d rather walk the extra 50 feet to Five Guys for 10x better quality food. I could go home and cook better wings then that. Very disappointed in the staff and the quality of food. I don’t recommend going here at ALL. Save yourself the money and time and go somewhere good.

Food was good and service as well. It takes a little bit to get the food... but it is worth it. I like the seasoning on the fries as well.

Good wings with lots of mix and match options. Good fries too. Not over salted like a lot of other places. Reasonably priced as well.

The wings were decent but customer service was terrible. Waited about 45 minutes. Then we were missing wings out of our order. And the wings were sitting in a puddle of grease inside the container as well as the entire to go bag covered in grease. We tried calling 5 times and nobody picked up the phone. This was our first time trying and was very disappointed.
