Absolutely terrible. I made a call to have an order of 25 wings and some cheese fries ready for pickup at 245 fyi. I called at 153pm. That's almost a whole hour to have gotten my order order ready. But if course as I walk in money in hand I find out that they never even put my order in. Now I'm going to work with no lunch and little to no possibility of being able to leave the property to go buy something else. Thanks guys really. Y'all went and messed my entire work day up.

Friendly service, very clean location and a great spot to catch the Bears game after I get off work.

Buffalo wings, enough said....well, not really. The food was tasty and since it's cooked to order you know it's fresh and the girl at the counter was pleasant to deal with and quite helpful. Something to keep in mind, it takes 15 minutes to get your order, so if you're in a hurry, you'd be better off getting a hot dog or a beef from the restaurant right next door.

Extremely over priced menu. We ordered take-out, and it took 30 minutes for wings; even made-to-order wings can go from frozen to cooked in less time than that. Also, we specifically ordered one dish completely free of spice, and EVERY dish was ridiculously spicy. I usually give places a second chance, but I can't think of any reason to go back there. EPIC FAIL!

Good fries and GREAT SERVICE!

I been coming to this location on and off since they have opened. I never had a problem with my first experiences. I realize the guy that would be there isnt there now. Never had a problem then, but shortly after seeing new staff, my orders started becoming out wrong or dry. I recently got some mango habanero tenders and 2 our of 3 had sauce and 1 was spotted in sauce, hardly covered! It sucks that this location is so close to home but not greatly reliable. I never know what to expect. The girls at the front are friendly and the food is above ok overall.

Order from here quite frequently and always get the same order for delivery. Yesterday changed my life forever. I placed my order online and called in to confirm my order like I always do spoke to the manager who was very rude. Food finally arrived and my order was wrong. I called to let them know and apparently that was a big mistake. The manager Alecia literally cursed me out, beyond disrespectful and hung up. The way that she spoke to me was beyond unacceptable for any establishment to talk to paying customers. So the owner called after I complained to refund me but shared that this wasn't the first time that alecia has treated customers horribly. So my question is ,if this is normal behavior, why is she still working at your establishment??? Definitely lost a customer and I will share on all platforms this experience.

Fresh, hot and ready! The garlic parmesan flavor is not the best but original hot is always a fan favorite.
