If i could give a 0 I would. Tonight at 10:50pm on feb 20th i came to pick my online order. The lady at the counter i forgot her name practically threw the order at me. No words just dirty looks when i told her that i had two orders on accident which i called to rectify one before walking in. She got the brown bag threw it on the counter with her body turned halfway to the kitchen. I would get this if i was rude or being difficult but i wasnt. Such terrible customer service. She is always the one i have the most problems w. Even when i avoid talking to her too much. Otherwise food was good. She just needs to fix her attitude.

everything is at it should be with the franchise, just missing customer Wi-Fi to get some things done while eating and their restroom was out of soap.
