Wings Over Madison

Meh. I ordered for delivery. Got the puddle jumper, half garlic parmesan and half plain with a side of ranch. The garlic parmesan was way too salty. I also ordered a side of onion rings and ceaser salad. Onion was so dry it felt like I was eating the breading only. Ceaser salad was not fresh. Barely had any 'crunch' or 'crispyness' to it. Dressing came in a pack. Let's just say I ended up tossing alot of it.

Boneless wings are incredible!! All the sides are good too - onion rings, fries, and waffle fries. Try all the sauces and don't forget the dry rubs!

I got the citrus chipotle, blackened, and jerk boneless wings. It was pretty late, so maybe this is an unfair judgement to make, but their blackened wings were far from expected. Jerk and chipotle were both delicious, but it seems that for the blackened, they just the chicken tenders and seared them on a grill. Only flavor was the char, none of the Cajun seasonings usually on blacked chicken.Maybe they seasoned it before they charred it, causing the seasoning to fall into the grill. Idk, but steer clear of the blackened wings.
