Great customer service, clean, quick, great wings and their burger is delicious.

I remember years ago when I first moved to this town that this place was a good place to order from, but in the past 6 months I’ve noticed a severe drop in quality when it comes to their service. They are always late and their drivers are now refusing to come to the door. I have been up until recently happy with them, but as it stands now, they need to work on themselves. Today is the last straw and I will no longer be buying from their establishment ever again. This saddens me because I once told everyone that this was the best chicken in town, now they are a joke and not worthy of my time or money.

If you call this food then you grew up in hell. Disgusting.

The overcooked, burned, soggy what could be chicken from last year is so bad that you will want to cry. I want to take it back there tomorrow and make the owner eat what they expect me to eat and pay for. Not only hideous chicken but disgusting cold soggy over expensive fries. 26 dollars later my daughter has no food and they do not answer their phones. You should be ashamed of yourself and stop cheating people out of time and money. Sis.

I miss understood the menu and ended up ordering boneless wings.. I was upset with myself . So I called the store and after talking to the manager they are gonna give me my bone in wings. . I was so happy.. That's what I call great customer service.. Thanks guys. .. Customer service there was amazing from the beginning..

Normally the foods on point and delivery time isnt bad, however I ordered a few before closing cua phone. Took my order ect said itd be here in 35-45mins. That was a hour and 20mins ago.. So thanks guys I appreciate going hungry.

OUTSTANDING CUSTOMER SERVICE! Today was my first time ordering and I ordered online and I made a mistake and not only did they apologize for something that wasn't their fault they also replaced my order with no hesitation! Customer service is huge to me and we will be ordering again next week!

When you order $45 dollars worth of food from Wings Over Chapel Hill and you get two chicken sandwiches that are burnt. We then called and they told us they can not replace them because that was the last two chicken sandwiches they had. So then I ask can I ask can I get my refund she said hold on I don't know if we can do that. A guy got on the phone and stated that the grease is old and they needed to change it that's why the sandwiches are like that. Like really! This is the last time I will ever order from.here..I wish I could posted a picture so you can see it.

My coworkers and I order from here quite often while at work. With that said tonight was the last that I will order from them. Ordered $45 worth of food to have it delivered BURNT. Called to speak with someone regarding the burnt chicken sandwiches and was told “they look burnt, but aren’t. We didn’t change the grease.” So because it’s late in the shift you just don’t change the grease and serve customers food that isn’t edible? The young lady Amy that picked up the phone didn’t help to make it any better. She basically said that she doesn’t have anything to do with the food being cooked and that she just takes the orders. Then she began to internalize my frustration about the issue. She was getting defensive instead of acknowledging that they (the cook at the company she works for) messed up. Instead she continued to basically say it’s not her fault. No type of customer recovery. So with all of that said I won’t spend my money with them again.

The wings are on the right track, fry or bake, whatever you do, do it longer, make the exterior crispy and the inside so tender, then we might really have something to talk about.

Idk if its because I've lived in bigger, culturally diverse cities that put pride in their wings such as atlanta, new orleans, and new york. But theres no passion in these wings. They're bland, stale, tasteless. I asked my friend for a good wing place and she recommended me this. Either shes a terrible friend or she was just joking with me, but either way Im disappointed by these. Tastes like there no salt, pepper, and theres more seasoning in the box than there are on the wings themselves. And the meat is rough and dry. Im sure all of you are good people and mean well. But im just not happy with this. Idk who made this recipe, but yall might want to go back to the drawing board. Have a blessed day.
