Wings Etc.

Stopped in for dinner tonight expecting to see our favorite server Morgan. Only to find out that she had to be "let go" because policy change within the company. We asked the manager what had happened, he explained that there was a change in policy. Come to find out the manager was Morgan's husband. We've been coming here for 2 years now and she always takes care of us. We like seeing a familiar face but now that she's not there not sure we will be back. She always took great care of us and our children loved her. Sad to see a good one go because "change in policy"

Our Thursday lunch spot! Mikey was our server and he was awesome! Food was great, as always! Best wing place in franklin!

The wings were great. Our server was awesome. We were there for a birthday party we had several people everyone was very accommodating. The other food that was ordered looked fantastic. Can't wait to come back and try the breaded tenderloin, grilled chicken salad and that huge chili dog. You guys are so much better than that other wing place!!!

So after having to walk out of BDubs for poor service we decided to follow the advice of the rest of the town....this place exceeded our expectations!! You know after you are treated like you are the annoying one when walking into a restaurant and it makes you in a bad mood...well this place will turn your frown upside down! The service is AMAZING! The bartender Mike is great! He will treat you so good you will commit to being a regular! Mark the owner is pretty cool too! Come support this business...you won’t be disappointed! Great beer selection and good food too!

Order is always correct when I order online. Always hot food!

Steer clear of the burgers. The wings are great but the burgers are the weird sausage like frozen burgers that are mostly grease. The wings are better than buffalo wild wings but if you want a burger go somewhere else. Neither my son nor myself were able to finish our burgers.

This was the first time eating here. It was. Really. Good. The. Pretzel bites with beer cheese was. The. Bomb our waitress was really. Nice too. I will. Come. Back. Would recommend others try this place 😏😋

First time to Wings Etc., and I can definitely say that it won’t be the last! Came in for lunch on a Saturday and was very pleased with Variety of food and Beer options. Service was exceptional and the staff was very knowledgeable and friendly. We Will Be Back Soon!

Just left Wings, Etc after sitting at a table on the bar side of restaurant and never got served. Bartender was on her phone the whole time and other servers sat at a table by the restrooms on their phones too. The restaurant had less than 5 guests, so it wasn’t busy by any means. No one came to our table once while we sat and waited to be served, so we got up and left after waiting for close to 15 minutes. Pretty sure none of the workers even noticed that we came or went.

Tonight my family and I came here to eat eat dinner and had an AMAZING server named Mikey! Everything was delicious and fast as usual. We have came here many times and tonight was by far the best. Thanks to an amazing server!

The food at Wings Etc. is great and the service is fabulous. The grilled seasoned chicken in the lo cal plate is always cooked and seasoned perfectly. The vegetables are always fresh. I've never had a bad salad either, full of flavor! The traditional wings are crispy on the outside and juicy on the inside, same with the boneless wings. We eat here often and have never a bad meal or bad service.
