Bad services, takes forever to give the food .

I hate to give bad reviews but I must admit that Superbowl Sunday at this location was beyond frustrating. I placed and paid online for my order the morning of the game and still had to wait an hour AFTER arriving to receive my food along with many others, some who order days ahead. There were customers who walked or called in who received their orders before many of us who ordered and paid WELL in advance. Then to top if off, it was chaos in the store because there was ABSOLUTELY NO ORGANIZATION. Additionally, there was no manager on site (or if so, no one wanted to own the title) to put controls in place. My daughter used to work for another wingstop so I completely understand how chaotic superbowl Sunday can be BUT this should not be a new challenge for an established Wingstop...they should be better, much better. IT WAS A HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE not to mention the tons of grease my wings were swimming in after receiving them.

Absolutely the worst experience in my life! Hailey the “only manager” got my order wrong three times ! When I voiced my concerns she cussed me out and called me out of my named . I’m absolutely stunned and disappointed in the customers service at this wing stop .

Garlic parmesan, lemon pepper chicken, fries, carrots and celery. Absolutely delicious

Wack place they had me on hold for more than 10 minutes on the phone.. I agree with that water down ranch.... hope they bring a BWW

Go to WINGS & POT if you're thinking of going to this totally wack and overpriced wingstop! Wings & Pot is black owned and around the same price as this place, except the food is much more fresh! Wings and pot are delicious with very nice employees. But I go there for the food! I wish they would sponsor me lol :p

Lemon pepper boneless were rock hard it seems like I got bits and pieces instead of tenders

Good food.. It took some time for my food to be done but they gave me a free drink for the long wait.

I mean WOW! The food was subpar, but more so this review has to do with the female that works here. She was the cook and had an attitude out of this word. Eyerolls, neck snaps, the whole nine. I never leave reviews like this but I couldn't let this go for some reason. I felt so disrespected and will absolutely NEVER go back to that location. She deserves to be fired!

I ordered on the phone to get my order fast, i got there 25 minutes after i ordered and they still didnt have my order ready. They said they had lost my ticket. All bad.

They forgot my corn, so check rhe ordet before you exit the place
