I had never eaten here and wanted to try their wings, so I placed an order over the phone for one meal to go. When I went and picked it up, they had tacked on over $5 for gratuity to my bill. That is RIDICULOUS and so dishonest. $5 for someone to take two minutes to take an order over the phone and then grab my food when I show up? I will NEVER return just because of that. Gratuity should always be earned and optional.

This Wing Nutz is probably the best one in the world! Their service is really awesome, and everyone is very friendly. Their cooks are awesome, too! I know they're all corporate recipes, but food from this Wing Nutz tastes extra delicious. I'm a vegetarian, so my favorite is to get the nachos with a couple sides of their awesome hot sauces. They usually have a great beer selection, and you can get growlers to take home. It's usually busy, but never too busy.

The food is great but this location has the slowest service. We waited over 30 minutes to get our check and not once were we asked if we needed a refill on drinks. Wing Nutz is awesome but go to a different location where they pay attention to the customer and not being chatty Cathy's with the coworkers!
