Enjoy more than 20 kinds of charcuterie sausages prepared by hand by craftsman charcutier (sausage-maker) chefs, and a range of seasonal fish and vegetables, in a relaxed and luxurious atmosphere.“Charcuterie” refers to processed pork such as sausage, ham, pate, and rillette, and is derived from the words ”Chair = meat” and “Cuit = cooked.” The craftsman who specialize in this are called “charcutiers.” Chef Sakamoto is one of the charcutiers who has a wealth of valuable experience as a Japanese who has studied charcuterie in France.
