I was a bit skeptical but all the great reviews of the prime rib are dead on. It was delicious and very tender. The red potatoes were perfect. Everyone loved the angels on horseback. The cinnamon rolls were a pleasant surprise. Grandma was especially pleased with her baked potato. The food was, as always, worth the wait. It's important to note that if you have someone with you who is in a wheelchair, they apparently only have one wheelchair accessible table in the whole restaurant so you may have an extra long wait, as we did. With this particular visit, we didn't have the best service. We had to ask several times for refills that, if it wasn't for one of the hosts, we likely wouldn't have gotten. Maybe it was an off night for that person.

Great steaks! The atmosphere is 1970s nautical themed and great. Decent prices, entrees include salad with two sides and bread. Definitely a hidden gem!

I thought the food was average and the waitress was a little unfriendly. I would actually rate red lobster better than this place. Atmosphere was nice, a little too dark.

Wonderful good quality seafood, excellent prime rib, friendly funny staff and unique atmosphere. It's rustic, I like it. Service was fast and food was good quality. Good cocktails too. House salad was just so, so but the house ranch made up for it. BJ was our waitress and she was very nice and down to earth. I went on a friday to get the warm cinnamon rolls mmmm.Yes, there's an older population but sprinkles of younger folks... Like me 😎. I have decided to come back soon.

I absolutely love this restaurant!!! I've been coming here since a very young age and every time it surprises me more and more with how magnificently delicious the food is. I will say the salads are not the best but I would never come to a old fashioned restaurant like this one just to order some leaves. I would definitely recommend the king crab leg and the mussels. Service is amazing. If you are a seafood lover I would definitely suggest this magical place!

Can't say enough about Windward!! Don't let the strip mall front fool you. The walleye is SO good and they always a feature a fresh special. My favorite is the coquille saint jacques! Seared scallops in a creamy white sauce, topped with cheese served in a scallop shell lined with mashed potatoes and broiled... amazing!! Giving all the mermaid vibes! Treat your self!!! Decor is straight 70s maritime, LOVE!!!

Went here for a friend's birthday... The Friday night wait for 2 was about 45 minutes.. They don't take reservations. She loves fried oysters, so she was excited for the treat. Good food. Good service. Will definitely be back.

A step back to the days of locally owned restaurants and home cooked meals! Tuesday's special...Liver and onions, mashed potatoes and gravy and green beans! Just like grandma made. Excellent!

Pleasant enough experience to try again. Went wife and another couple after seeing Vertigo the other night. Non of use had heard anything about the place and the one who knew a little thought the menu options were more varied than they ended up being. If you don't like steak or seafood then this isn't your place. The ambiance, service and quality will definitely bring me back.

I ordered the 8 oz Alaskan king crab and 8 oz prime rib and it was absolutely fantastic. The steak was cooked med rare evenly throughout and could almost cut it with a fork. GF ordered the chicken sandwich and she loved it. A lot of older people go there so it makes for a nice quiet atmosphere. Also, no windows to distract away from the scenes of old ships and decor.
