Wings are great but the fact they change their hours whenever they want is unacceptable. Phone will ring and not get answered...they need to invest in getting an automated voicemail to say "we're not open".

The food is good and YES
I've never experienced anything remotely similar but I'm pretty sure that the manager would have been the only one that could have authorized or even offered a discount. Not to say that an apology would not have sufficed; but waitresses are somewhat limited with what they can do or offer.
