Finally a BBQ joint that (smokes) the competition. Good selection on the menu and food is severed hot and fresh. I found the meat to be tender and juicy. The Banana 🍌 Pudding is right on “taste like your mama made it.”Customer service also rivals the competition by a long shot. Restaurant is clean and neat to include the bathrooms. Bathrooms even have a baby changing station! But don’t take my word for it, go check it out for yourself! Also check out some of my pictures!!!

I don't see how 4 Rivers got a better score. By far the best ribs I have had here in Tallahassee. The collards could use a little more flavor but all in all it was a great dining experience. Staff was great. Warm and friendly. Pam, which I assume is the owner was very welcoming. I will definitely be going back again.

This is a great restaurant to go to if you're looking for pork, or other meats. The customer services is average, which I'm alright with that. The sauces they provide are really good, and the sides great too. The restaurant itself is clean. I personally like the different sides they provide, definitely recommend going to eat here.

I liked Willie's okay, some Good stuff. Nice commercially homogeneous barbecue kind of place decorated with your typical vintage retro stuffs, old signs, distressed repops; even a cool old car door! Liked the sauce bar too.Wasn't cheap. About $13 for a turkey sammy with just one side and a medium drink ...but that's the one topped with coleslaw. Was pretty good sauced up. Decent portions too, plenty of turkey and a good sized pile of fries that I really liked. Real turkey here too but not as moist as I would have liked; not dry but not moist either, and thankfully not lunch meat. Willie Jewell's baby!!! Lol

Best bbq (meats) in Tallahassee. The atmosphere is quaint and austere. The staff is very kind and welcoming. Thoroughly enjoyed my food. They do not stiff you on portions. I took home a half a sandwich and more than enough fries for another meal.

The HotMama wings are the best wings! They are smoky but not too smoky where they can be a bit bitter and a nice bit of spice. Get lots of paper towels for those! You can also get the wings plain smoked and get your choices of sauces on the side. Platters are reasonably priced for what you get! Okra, fried pickles and corn nuggets are off the chain good with ranch dip. Very good home cookin.

This place was recommended to me by a local. The drive was a long way out from the downtown Tallahassee area. A small place which is easy to miss if you're not paying attention. I typically gauge bbq joints by their brisket, beans, and mac & cheese. First the meat- nice chunks of juicy brisket. A mild smoke flavor with a little bark. The beans- I prefer a little thicker mixture. They weren't my favorite but okay. The mac & cheese. Hot and gooey and cheesy. They also have a grape lemonade. Different but good. Overall I wasn't disappointed. I would drive out again if I were in town. Fast and very friendly staff. With the tip I was out the door for $17.00.

Sending some woo right back to ya'll as well, Leslie. Thanks for your business and your support. Let us know if we can ever do anything to help the Celebration community!

It's origins are from an old fashioned bbq restaurant in Jacksonville. The chain has managed to maintain the original style and quality I first experienced 40 years ago.
