Wild Wing Cafe

I placed a order to be delivered on the website. After it was 20 min past when it should been delivered I called them and they let me know that the order was ready that I would have to come get it. My food was cold and what would have happened if I never called to find out what was going on. They did not offer a discount or anything. Just said it’s ready for pick up well the whole reason for me ordering from there was because I did not want to drive. Cold food . No customer service . Does not delivery if ordered on the website

The food was phenomenal the buffarela is a must have. Our server Brenna was very friendly and kept checking up on us in a very timely manner. Overall I very good experience definitely will be coming back soon.

The service was phenomenal. The service was friendly and efficient. I had a great time with my wife and kids. The food came out in such a timely manner by toddler did not even have time to worry if her food was coming. Great taste and a great time

Great restaurant. The menu has changed since my last visit. Clean store. Wonderful friendly staff. And yes, amazing wings!

Bartender was not friendly. Did not ask how my meal was. Served my drinks and my meal, that's her basic job function I guess.

The food was good, the wings were well cooked and seasoned. It's in a good location and had a few different games on so could watch whichever you preferred. Our waitress was attentive and checked on us frequently.

Service was terrible. We were there for an hour and saw our waitress when we sat down ( about 10 min after we got there) and when she brought our drinks. Never again until I complained to the closest waitress I could find. We placed our order and waited.... and waited.... and waited. We finally had to flag down the bartender as she walked by To check in our food. She came back with my sons order a few min later. It was hot so maybe they just put it in. I’m not going back which is a shame because I live in the neighborhood.

It was within walking distance of Embassy Suites by Hilton. The wings were great!y salad was delicious even without the eggs. They forgot the napkins and silverware. But overall good wing spot.

There is no parking at this location and they were completely understaffed. Waiting almost 20 minutes to get the check no to go boxes had to go to the bar area to ask and they wanted me to wait. The server who was supposed to be serving my table was to busy bringing food to the bar. The food was good though management needs to help with service maybe have 1 of the 3 hostess at the door run food to the bar.

It was great the food was hot. Those China Syndrome were the bomb. Yes very home but worth it and chilly was great too.

I have an update to a prior review I left - it looks like the management staff has hired some new people, and things are starting to get a bit better. I’ve come in a few times since my last review, and the weekend bartender - Kelly - has been excellent. I haven’t had to sit and wait for another drink to be ordered, and have gotten to try a few new cocktails based on her recommendations to me. I’ve also gotten feedback on some of her favorites to order and have been able to explore some more of the menu I had looked over in the past.I’m glad to see things improving here, but there’s certainly still more room to improve. I like that they’ve moved the take-out pickup to a different door to help keep the bar staff from getting overwhelmed with takeout orders. The inside of the restaurant itself may be due for a brief makeover to brighten some things up, but only time will tell how it sticks.
