Wild Ginger China Bistro

The restaurant was clean and well kept. The bathrooms were spotless and handicapped accessible. The portions were generous. Unfortunately, the food was very mediocre. Nothing was well seasoned and the presentation was sloppy. I had Mu Shu pork. The filling was bland, and the wraps were hard, cracked, and stale. My wife had sesame chicken that was OK but nothing to write home about. Plus, the food came to the table warm but not at all hot. I hope they were just having an off night as other reviews were much more positive.

1/5 stars • wild ginger? More like mild ginger •It’s not a traditional Chinese restaurant. Saturday night 6pm, should be prime time for any restaurant, especially one with this location. Unfortunately it was more like dead 💀 time. 30+ tables and we were alone. It was a little unnerving. The staff sat in the back on their phones and I don’t blame them. The sever and service was great! He was very attentive and he had time to be. The orange and sesame chicken came quickly and then we realized why it’s a gosht town.The food 🙁tasted like McDonald’s chicken nuggets with sesame sauce over it. One piece soggy, one piece crunchy? Wut? The rice which is typically bland was void of anything resembling taste.Nice people, bad food. Skip this one
