The gumbo was over cooked no seasoning . the rice was to soggy. Burger was a fake Patty. Nice atmosphere

Good food , inexpensive, great live music. Have to try the brown bag baked grouper and ribs. Would definitely go back

My friends and I had just arrived to Cleveland after a long day of traveling, and were looking for some food and drinks for dinner so we stopped in. The bar was empty and a young couple was sitting at the bar, and as soon as we approached the bar, before taking our ID’s out, the bartender looked at all of us in a rude and blunt way and said, “If any of you are from out of state, we don’t take out of state ID’s.” Myself, my friends, and the couple at the bar all got up and left the bar. I have never been spoken to in such a rude and disrespectful way from a bartender until that moment. The bartender would have made good money if all of us were there to eat and drink! Absolutely ridiculous! When I travel back to Cleveland, I’ll make sure I never go back to that bar again. Absolutely terrible.
