I went to do my shopping early morning to avoid the crowd. Upon arrival, there was a line where all customers were keeping their distance between each other. Then, once I walked into to the WF store, an extremely large group of employees handling the online orders with no masks, are walking around, conversing with each other and on top of that, they said “excuse me†for me to move over when they are less than 1ft from me. This needs to be corrected.

Missing items. Expired items. A Rotting pile of oranges ðŸŠðŸŠ downstairs as you exit the escalators? Would you like some mold with that Vitamin C? No thank you! WF at Columbus Circle... WF on Columbus Ave... Anywhere but that one on 125th!

Please check your receipts before leaving the store. Some cashiers are overcharging. I brought some Yams before which were probably like $6 dollars or so. The cashier rung it up as Turmeric Root for $40. Had to go to customer service to get my money back. The second time I went the cashier was swiping items multiple times when I only had one box of that particular item. You would think during this national health crisis people would be considerate especially when it comes to money.

Good addition to the neighborhood. Your typical Whole Foods. However, the hot bar is extremely LACKING in Vegan Options unlike the location at Union Square and 42nd Street locations. Please add some vegan pizza options to your menu and offer more creative vegan dishes in the hot bar area!

Cant believe I had such a bad experience at whole foods.i got a vegan cake for my grandmother's 80th birthday from the bakery. The cake wasn't vegan because there was multiple long hairs in the cake. 3 long hairs to be exact. I got a sincere apology from the manager which was nice but wasn't good enough. the only compensation was a refund and a $25 gift card. I cant come back here again and if I do then it's just to buy prepackaged goods.

Found everything I needed and the stocking associates were very helpful, professional and kind. They kindly showed or told me which isle to go to for the items I needed. The staff were working very hard to keep the store organized and clean inspire of the crowd.ðŸ‘ðŸ‘ðŸ‘ðŸ‘ðŸ‘

3.21.20 First time I went to this location. Glad to see WF has a wide selection of items in the midst of this coronacrazy. Every staff member I spole to was helpful and positive and some were cute :) lol They're only allowing 50 people in at a time which worked very well. The only thing I'd change is having a sign stating the 50 person limit cuz the line was literally down the block. But the wait was worth it. Thanks Whole Foods!

It's awesome. I get my breakfast and at times I will get lunch. In addition I stop on my way home and shop for groceries and out meats. I like the variety of fruits, vegetable etc... it's convenient and healthy!
