I couldn’t recommend Whitman & Co highly enough. With a true first-hand knowledge and experience of the area, they acted swiftly, professionally and within two to three weeks had secured genuine and realistic offers on our property - where other estate agents had failed to do over the whole of the previous year. Whitmans valuations were solid and honest, their marketing focused and targeted, and they brought real and genuine buyers to the property who were in the relevant position to make their offers. They also offered sound support, recommendations and advice in all the related matters such as the conveyance solicitors, packing & removals companies and all other timelines - which were all used and truly appreciated.If you’re looking to sell your property in Chiswick or the surrounding areas, I honestly suggest approaching Whitman & Co first. I believe it would have saved a considerable amount of time if we had done ourselves.

We have rented a property managed by whitman for the last 4 years. Any time a problem came up it was swiftly dealt with by Laura and the team, and their contractors were always friendly and professional. We have never had any problems contacting the office and always felt like they took their role managing the property very seriously. Letting agencies in London get a bad rap (usually for good reason) but this one is leaps and bounds the best we have ever dealt with. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend them from the tenants perspective, infact when looking for our next property we purpously rented another property managed by Whitman.

I just happened to pop in to Whitman & Co as I was walking past. I did not have an appointment and Laura welcomed me and instantly looked for properties that would fit my needs. She found a way to get me into a viewing that very same afternoon and it ended up being my perfect place. Since then, Laura and her team have been amazing with quick replies and making me feel like a valued costumer even though I am just a tenant on a property. We spent 18 months looking for a house in Chiswick and pretty much met most of the agents in the area. These guys were by far the most helpful and honest, always working hard to help. Sadly the house we bought wasn’t through them but the effort they made during our search compelled me to review them and highly. If your looking to move to the area, use them, they really do work hard for you.
