Tax free for foreigners (conditions apply), ¥360 one way bus (adult fare) from Narita Airport. Many shops to choose from. Cheap prices and sales available. Food court and other restaurants are good. Could definitely kill a day here. Many Japanese also bring their dogs along

Bad quality of products in store. I found a big hole on the sweater I bought when I went back home. Do not reccomend. Store's staff necklaced to check the completeness, I was very upset.

Many shopping stores with at really good prices. You can find from luggages to clothes or kitchen tools or surfwear. A big food court look designed like an airport. You have direct buses from shisui station to outlet and also outlet to Narita airport.

If you come from Inba Nippon Medical University Station, you can change trains by running and getting on. The next chance seems to be 10:30, but if it's free for 2 hours, it will not take much distance or time to walk.
