The cashier asked us what we would like to order. As soon as we started ordering, she goes, "Hold on, hold on, hold on. First of all, are you paying with cash or card cuz we aint taking cards." Completely rude and unprofessional.

Bought the 10 cheese sliders for $6.99 special. What a sweet deal. Took them home for my honey and me. We ate 3 each. They were so fresh and good. Drive thru service was friendly and professional. Quick service at the pick up window.

Only one thing I can say about White Castle's I love them normally when I go I my sandwiches are always hot and I like them wet and they make them wet for me I love it

Normally I have problems with this white castle because I order through the app and it sends like it's pointless to do that but they have fixed those issues this time you guys rocked it and food was great

Whitecastle is more experience than food. The meal stays with you. it has been 4 hours and my mouth tastes of whitecastle and the meat-sweats smell of whitecastle. Like the sliders, I have been steamed with the essence of processed meat and cheese. I would definitely go again, after I have spent the next 3 months cleansing myself. Worth it!!!!

It's usually decent service and medium pace drive-thru speeds. Funny story though: I watched the lady "pump" cream into my coffee cup, per my order. She then grabs a carton of cream and "pours" that into my cup and then proceeds to add my coffee. I get to work, and it is solid black, bitter coffee. (SHE FAKED POURING CREAM!) It's pretty sad, that she was too lazy to walk back to the cooler for a new carton of cream.
