White Castle

So glad I came here to buy 10 cheeseburgers and cheese fries last Sunday. Best decision I've ever made.

I drive 20 minutes to get food for myself and my pregnant wife from another town because this was the closest one. There were cars in the drive thru in front of me, when I got to the speaker I was told they were closed. You could have been smart and updated your freaking hours on Google to state you close early instead of leaving it saying 24 hours like everyone else has that way no one else has to deal with this bs like I had to. Such a disappointment. Probably never coming back

Food was pretty much what you’d get at any White Castle but the floor was filthy. The interior entry door was filthy. I couldn’t find a. Lean table to sit at and all the trash bins were overflowing

Unfriendly staff was rude but food was good

These lil burgers aren't for everybody! They hurt my tummy to know end! Now they are delicious and all food is good! I just can't eat them myself! Lol its a great place to eat! !!

Great food, horrible service. Waited to place my order for 15 mins with no acknowledgement . Lazy people. Great food, just get it together.

Just like old times except we love the new limited time offer sloppy joe with cheese. Delicious! An hour and twenty-six minutes from home is totally worth it, but we still wish there was a restaurant in Springfield.

Went through drive through. Placed order of 1 10 pack of cheeseburgers & 2 med fries. Lady repeated order of only 1 10 pack of cheeseburgers. Said we want 2 med fries also. She quoted a price we drove around. Guess what only got the cheeseburgers. She never rang up the fries. Drive through took 45 mins the first time, wasn't about to repeat that again for fries.

Waited 20 minutes first time, received completely wrong order, waited another 20 minutes to get cold food.

Customer service and food we're very reputable 9/10 would recommend.

This is the last time I stop anywhere in Collinsville besides bandanas. Bandanas is great Colton's I have yet to try. Every single fast food place in Collinsville (at least the ones I ate from) is completely dumbtarted to the severity level of lithium lobotomys. I won't stop anywhere in Collinsville ever again unless it's Bandanas and I'm not sure why they have decent employees while the rest dredged the bottom of the hooked on phonix program. Must be something in the water.

Quality was good store could have been better kept but almost perfect!

Food is almost always good. The inside of the restaurant is almost never clean.
