Spent Valentine's day with my son here. We do this every year. They set up a table with candle, flowers and tablecloth. You get a menu, server and it's such a fun experience. They are super sweet and helpful.

Sometimes you are ashamed of the things you love. This is the taste I grew up with. Sliders haven't changed in 40 years. The tiny burgers are grilled on a bed of onions with the bun stacked on top as they cook. The grease and steam rise into the bun where it is trapped and absorbed.The true slider is then put together with a pickle and boxed. You can pretend to chew but the grease and moisture help them really just slide down(hence the name). If you are having any irregularity issues this might be the magic.
