White Castle

On Novemeber 8th, 2019 I Waited in drive through for over 25 minutes. I Finally get to window and a man comes on and say I'll be with you in a minute then I wait another 10 minutes still no answer. Everyone in the drive through was leaving. I left too, but I decided to come in and see what was going on. There were 6 six people inside working, but only 3 were really working. The kids need a mature supervisor at night to make sure things are running efficiently it sure isn't at store #462. Maybe have team member #938 do more than laugh and play around!

Other than getting my order it was good

Ordered a special order of sliders with just cheese and extra onion pickle mustard and ketchup and they were by far the best I've ever had at white castle. Went through on night shift before midnight. I will be back. Let em serve you, amen.
