Staff were friendly, verified the order several times, informed us how much longer the wait would be (I think Impossible burgers take a bit more time), the order was spot on and tasted great. Overall amazing White Castle experience on a Saturday night.

By far the best White Castle I've been to. I mainly go to locations in Ohio, this was much cleaner with an open layout. Of note, the bathroom was AMAZINGLY clean! The HUGE Big Red tap is a great touch!

They stop taking delivery orders at 12:29, and I got the confirmation email for my delivery at 12:14. My driver arrived at the location and the order was canceled because he got there after 12:30. I’m usually not bothered by things like this but you should hire people who don’t cut corners at any given opportunity.

Highly anticipated trip to Nashville pays off by visiting White Castle! I grew up with their soggy short-bus cousin Krystal in the south and so have been accoustomed to dissapointment. No word could be further from the truth of my visit to this White Castle.Everything that goes into a White Castle slider is deliberate with care: the bun is firm, but not dry. The meat is savory. The onions are steamed, not reconstituted. This is a family-run operation and it shows in everything going on, right up to the cousin being trained to take my order, and their little girl holding the door for you. These guys make it feel like home.Spent a decade wanting to visit one of these stores! That "other place" reeks of anger and entitlement. White Castle is how it should be done.

Took the trek out to my closest White Castle to taste their Impossible Slider. While it was good, I feel the parts they altered didn't provide me the satisfaction of a proper meat-cookie. Caramelized onions? Brown mustard? No Ketchup? WHY?!? Again, it WAS good... but when I'm craving Whitey C's I want a "thin" patty, 5 holes, steamed over onions. That bottom bun has to be a little soggy w/the cooking juices. Mustard, ketchup, pickle. Y'all doing too much to try & justify that $2. Strong 1st attempt though. The location itself was clean & the staff was friendly... they're deserving of your business.
