There was only 1 person working so he was taking orders, making food, and running drive thru/dining room. We had a decent size order and added an additional 3 sandwiches at the window. With that being said....he did a good job with his situation. The food was fresh and all of it was correct so I have no complaints. Someone did show up to help him as we were getting our food so that was good.

Food was good, but they seemed understaffed and overly busy. Condiment trays were empty and the trash was filled to top.

Took a really long time to come to the speaker so I could order. Granted, it was very late/early morning. But, the establishment is 24 hours. It shouldn't matter what time it was. There was a car in front of us that was already there. It took at least 10 minutes for them to move on to the window. Then it took us a while as well because soon as we pulled up we were told to hold on before we could order. We did. It took at least 10 minutes. Then it took a very long time before we got our food. The food was good but the time it took was kinda not worth the end result. I've been to this location before and this was honestly the first time I had been disappointed. But it definitely made an impression on my family I had with me who had not ever eaten at any White Castle.
