There is only one person taking orders while the rest doing the food. It got very crowded, but the food was really good and accurate.

When I was there I heard them say it was for customers only
They don't because it's a very cheap place and like most restaurants it might be others advertising some of there own food or sponsorships like the ones you see on tv or something. As for the prices ypu could just ask the girl in the front who worls there for the price that's what I do honesty.
Personally i have not been in a white Castle in awhile. But i do know of one that is maintained and its near Westchester & Tremont ave. Its like anything in New York its an adventure search out what you like !
No drive thru, but it is 24hrs
No, they do not have the Whopper. And no, you can't get a Big Mac either!
